'Wiggles' Normann was a Stracci family associate involved in the gold trade.
Biography[]
"Wiggles" was posted out to Hell's Kitchen in order to further the family's business and encourage trade, along with explosives expert Plinio Ottaviano. Normann became relatively distant from his family after setting up shop in Dale Mangano's. He was known for his nervous demeanour, which provided his nickname.
In 1950, Hell's Kitchen became under attack by the Corleone family, who bought out a grateful Normann, who began to give his tributes to them.

In the original game his outfit is brown and blue, in the next-gen versions it is black and white.
