Vicente Tattaglia was Philip Tattaglia's cousin.
Biography[]
Rising with the Tattaglia crime family in the thirties, Vicente chose to keep out of illegal enterprises and opened a bar named The Roost in Hell's Kitchen, which was the first of several Tattaglia ventures into the district.
Despite the firebombing of the bar in 1946 and it's subsequent takeover by Aldo Trapani, Vicente remained proprietor until his death.
