The International Brotherhood of Teamsters is a labor union in the United States. Formed in 1903, the union represents truck drivers and is one of the largest and most influential labor unions in America. In the 1950s, the union became infiltrated by organized crime and the Teamsters' pension fund was regularly used to finance hotels and casinos in Las Vegas and Havana.
