- It is theorised that this man was Osvaldo Altobello, who is described as being the Tattaglia consigliere before being Don. This, however, would be unlikely, as it is doubtful that Philip Tattaglia would have wanted the godfather of his nemesis Vito Corleone's daughter as his advisor during this period of time.
