This man was sent by Billy De Angelo to assassinate Lia Vazzi so he would not be able to assist the Clericuzio family in an upcoming mob war. However, Vazzi was late to his daughter's communion, and so the assassin settled for murdering his family instead, a move which proved disastrous, driving Vazzi almost to the point of madness and leaving him to help ruin De Angelo's coup.
It is not known what happened to this man afterwards.
