Scott McNeil (born September 15, 1962) is a Australian-born-Canadian actor and voice actor.

Biography
McNeil was born in Brisbane, Australia, but moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada when he was 4 years old in 1966. He first appeared on stage at the age of three. His first role was providing voices on the 1989 G.I. Joe cartoon. From then on he pursued at lucrative career, notably playing Dinobot and Waspinator in Beast Wars: Transformers. As of October 2007, he estimates that he has provided voices to 8,500 characters.
