Sandiago was the nephew of Don Fanucci.
Biography
As Fanucci's nephew, Sandiago was known as untouchable around the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. He was however, not involved in the "business" of his uncle, and opted for a respectable job.
He did, however, utilize his uncle's connections to gain himself a job at Abbandando Grosseria, removing Vito Corleone from his post and unintentionally causing him to turn to organized crime.
