Noodles Rizzoni was an associate of the Cuneo family.
Biography[]
Serving under Enzo Cuneo as part of the Family's weapons racket. A hard man who ran his racket like a well-oiled machine, Rizzoni enlisted the help of Louisiana Dobber, owner of The Colonial Tavern in Hell's Kitchen, who provided him with space in the backroom of her business to run his crime ring.
In the late stages of the Five Families War, the family's weapons racket was systematically demolished by the Corleone family, who had Rizzoni pay a kick of his action to them.
