- "Some people might respect you, but I don't!"
- ―Monte Malparadiso[src]
Monte Malparidiso was the official owner of the St. Sebastian Hotel.
Biography[]
An amoral, slimy individual and gun owner, Malparidiso was an acquaintance of Philip Tattaglia and kept him supplied with women that were pimped out in the upper floors of his hotel. To avoid unnecessary attention, there was no seperate racket boss for this brothel. Despite this, the hotel was frequently a victim of rival family attacks and once burnt to the ground, leaving Monte paranoid and more likely to lash out at any intruders.
In 1946, Aldo Trapani took over the hotel and used it as a base to launch his attacks on the Tattaglia family, and Malaparidiso had no choice but to oblige him.Despite being taken over by the Corleones Monte still allowed his old friend Don Tattaglia to stay with him and in 1955 when Tattaglia was killed by Aldo and Rocco Lampone, Monte was wisely absent from the hotel.
Behind the scenes[]

The updated model.
- He was voiced by Callum Grant.
- It is notable that, along with Poppy McKenna, Monte is one of the few business owners who will aggresively fight back against the player when they try to extort him. He may even pull out a pistol if the player threatens him, making him much harder to extort.
- In the original version of the game he has black hair and a moustache, but in later versions he has the same model as Freddie Nobile. His original, mustached model was instead given over to Kurtis Paddock.
