Joe Primanti was an enforcer in the Trapani family.
Biography[]
Born in the Bowery in Little Italy, Joe was an associate in the Clemenza Family. He later worked under Frank Pentangeli.
He and Roy Giordano were the first two associates that can be made into the Trapani family, following Dominic need for crew members at the start of the war with Carmine Rosato.
He can be found hanging on the compound's kitchen to be recruited later on.
