Jeb Dougherty was the bouncer at Sweet Life Bakery.
Biography[]
Hired by Warren Rizzo to keep passersby away from his secret brothel, Dougherty was fired for preventing the entrance of Dominic Corleone, who summarily shook down Rizzo for a sizable fee.
Behind the scenes[]
He was portrayed by Ralph Peduto, but most of his lines are reused mobster battle phrases. Dougherty is the only bouncer character in the game, all other businesses allow you to pass through unmolested.
