Formerly a pawn shop run by Joey Palooka Jr., this building became a clinic to try to lower the high number of deaths in the Hell's Kitchen area. It was supplied by Dr. R. McKay and it was one of two clinics frequently used by the local Cuneo crime family.

Before Doctor R. McKay plied his elixir to those needing a quick pick-me-up, this place was a pawn shop run by a man called Joey Palooka Jr. Doctor McKay, however, deals only in cold, hard cash.
