Guccio Ferrara was a soldato in the Mangano crime family.

Serving under Baldo Campi, Ferrara had moved to Cuba in order to evade the Sicilian police. He was not considered particularly important in the family's infrastructure, and was seen as worth more dead than alive.

In 1959, Ferrara was slammed to death against the wall of Plaza de Reynaldo in Havana by Dominic Corleone.
