Frankie 'The Flush' Fernetti was a hustler and an Associate of the Tattaglia crime family.

A small-time hustler in the employ of the Tattaglia family, Frankie Fernetti ran a small gambling racket on the top floor of Emilio's butcher shop. He was known to be disorganised, with little help from his own family, having only monthly check-ups from Mikey Saleri.

By 1945, he had become increasingly disillusioned, and changed allegiance, eventually paying tribute to the Corleone family after being visited by Aldo Trapani.
