Cecil Brinker was an associate of the Stracci family.
Biography[]
While not an official made man, Brinker held an important position in the family's distribution racket as the racket boss of the Stracci Rail Hub in New Jersey.
During the Five Families War, he was muscled out by Aldo Trapani, shortly prior to the assault on the Stracci Compound.
