A middle class restaurant on Broadway in Little Italy, not in Midtown, Bella Siciliana served genuine Italian food and was run by Davi Quezado. However, in 1945, the restaurant began to lose custom due to the arrival of the Tattaglia enforcer Paulie the Peel. Quezado put up with him out of convenience, but was again convinced to change her loyalties the same year when the Corleone family began taking back Little Italy, and bought Paulie out and beat up Davi.

- Despite the location of the restaurant being near Broadway, it doesn't seem to be as popular or expensive as the other restaurants nearby. This is because Bella is located in Little Italy, and not in Mid Town.
