Anthony Oltrarno was an Engineer in the Trapani crime family.

Biography

An imposing and somewhat mean individual, Oltrarno began some activities in Miami in 1950s, mainly in the constructions, also used to get rid of the bodies. He was sent to where teh fighting was thickest during the Trapani - Almeida War. When the Casino Havana was seized by Dominic, Oltrarno was stationed as a protector, and to keep an eye on its legitimate owners.
